Staff training is paramount at Crackerjack BBQ and 2018 sees their training agenda directed at front of house staff. They will be undergoing Hospitality training at Michelin starred Northcote Manor in Blackburn, voted AA & VISIT ENGLAND Hotel of the Year 2017.
The Crackerjack team is easily recognisable by their corporate black and pink uniforms all bearing the Crackerjack logo and currently execute excellent customer service. The aim of the advanced training is to elevate that level so that they can present Michelin star service to their clients.

Crackerjack BBQ use Steve Pepper Training Associates in Harrogate for staff training in Food Hygiene & Safety, HACCP and Allergen Management, Licensing & Hospitality, Health & Safety, Fire safety, Customer care and CPD. Steve also offers a host of other courses ranging from Manual Handling to Website Design and Social Media training.
Tockwith Training Centre in North Yorkshire is Crackerjack BBQ’s provider of choice for Driver CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) Training. Tockwith Training is a specialist HGV Training Centre accredited by the DVSA and offers a range of driver & operator training courses.
Investing in training is a no brainer and last year saw Crackerjack staff achieving qualifications in Driver CPC, Food Safety, Hygiene and Licensing courses.
Continual updating of skills is essential to maintain training levels and adhere to constantly renewing policy and regulations within the industry. This ongoing process is necessary to ensure companies and their staff are compliant and professional.
